I tried to contact via email to assist with a cancellation I sent at least 6 messages, to get help. The renter was unable to accommodate and hit confirm rental. I could not cancel without a service charge of 54. I am disgusted by their lack getting back to me. They never sent me a message and charged my card.

Got sideswiped. Turo charged me $150 plus damages

A car hit me and drove off. I paid for Turo’s “insurance”. The policy says that the deductible can be up to $3,000, what it should say it the deductible IS $3,000. Insurance is absolutely pointless at that point. I got billed for $1800 in damages and Turo charged an additional $150 for appraisal and processing fee. DO NOT USE TURO.
