The facts are The same person that threatened and harassed me is the same person that blocked me and I have called multiple times to the point where I can’t even call anymore at all and I’m completely blocked out of my app

NoI was harassed not by my host but by a Turo customer representative only an hour after the car needed to be returned I have been in contact with my host due to the fact that I had a surgery early that morning and already bought the car for two additional days that I really did not need the vehicle he stated he would make sure that I can no longer rent through you all I have called several times I have several different ticket numbers only for me to finally go back and try to book through you all and Im blocked I cant call you all and then they try to say that say the reason why I am banned is due to the fact that it was smoking in the vehicle however there was no smoking in that vehicle since I ended up having to pay a $250 fee on my first trip there was no smoking after that and I had two additional trips after so how do you block me from smoking in my first trip but still allowed me to rent two times after that he was very disrespectful I still have the messages I sent them over to you alls customer representative and there is nothing that has been done Then threatened my host on top of making it like we have a problem with each other when its a problem with Turo

I’ve tried contacting you and no response. I’ve not gotten in touch with anyone about the issues I’m having with my last two rental. I feel I should be reimbursed for my last rental plus that Turo is

Turo needs to closely check out the cars of the host. People are using cars not in great condition leaving customers feeling unsafe while renting. Both rental of 2/2-2/4 and present rental (2/6-2/9) are with cars that are not in good condition. Either car shaking, feeling like going to break down, dash lights on, breaks not holding traction well and cars not in great shape. Rental 2036****

Being charged without notice, and never replied us back

We received a repair estimate from the owner after we rent the car. Turo then stepped in after we're not able to come into a consensus.

However, what Turo did was just give us another estimate from a "3rd party" with similar cost. And then suddenly charged us the amount without notice. Since then, Turo never replied our messages.

The appraisal fee and processing fee that we were charged seem like a waste here. Judgement is still biased and process is not transparent at all.

At this moment, Turo still hasn't replied us regarding the $3,000 they charged us. I'll keep waiting and hope Turo will handle this issue appropriately.

Attached are the photos they referred to and charged us $3,000 for repair.

They keep saying they send it to me but I didn’t receive it and also the company they sent it to which is Venmo sent me a link that said if I didn’t accept it in a certain time that the money will be sent back and I didn’t accept it so I don’t understand how it went through if it required me to accept it which I didn’t so I just need for them to look a little deeper into the situation please and thank you

Full refund due to flight cancellation

Hello, My fight was cancelled the day I was suppose to depart from Edmonton to Toronto. I requested a refund but was only giving a partial one and the remainder is about 90 CAD. I would like the full refund as this is what it states should happen according to the terms and conditions. I have documentation of the flight cancellation to provide as well.

Rented a car for vacation for dates 8/8/22 thru 8/21/22. The 2012 Ford Fusion broke down 8/13/22. I received no replacement, no refund for difference, and a bunch of runaround and lies. Not refund the cost of pay for Denver airport parking to get out

The host Lola H with the Lexus RX 350 ****. She refused to refund the total amount of the airport parking cost to get out of the airport.

It was $70. She only refund $34. There was not in the listing that the guest have to paid for her parking cost, from the previous guest drop off to when you pickup the car. Beside that she bombarded me with email up-sale insurance and others.

She also tried to scare you with an email of telling you the possibilities of chips her windshield is very high in Colorado highway and want you to buy more insurance to cover it. She failed to mention that her windshield ALREADY has a chip. She also required you to wash and vacuum her car on the way to the airport, not the day before. It was very stressful with all the email tried to up-sale and scare tactic from her.

Please do not rent from this person. Turo only allow to write the review within 10 days, I missed out, so I'm writing it here. She just want the money and not doing the work. She want you to wash and vacuum the car if not she will charge you $150 for it.

It was very stressful experiences. I filed a complain with Turo about the airport parking cost, they sent back 1 email said that they take her side without ANY explanation, and it's final. Why do I have to pay for the parking cost at the airport as it was parked there days probably by a previous guest before I get there. And it was NOT in the listing anywhere that I have to pay for this.

It's totally a scam, and Turo allowed this. BEWARE BEWARE of Lola H Lexus RX350 ****

I got a car in the add it says 29$ fee is included in total for cleanup and disinfected he had no idea I was going until he saw me at his door it was filthy he admired that it was not cleaned or disinfected took car anyways and then when I brought it back I was over on mileage and he billed me that too and obviously I paid for cleanup in the total fee cost as the add said and then I disputed it saying it was not cleaned or disenfected and I was chargers for it so I had to clean and disinfected under my dollar before and after the ride and since it was 20$ for that they should of owed me 40$ right and they refused to enforce the rules and there contract when it comes to me but will enforce contract for the host

Another case I got a car asked to get an extension but if I can pay it after the time it says they said yea aslong as she dont report and she did not hours later when I wanted to do it it didnt let me I spoke to a support and was told I was not covered for those hours at all they thought I had gave the vehicle back and I have picture proof of everything Im saying both cases and the support my host spoke to said no he was covered just bcs I said Im not paying Turo Ill pay her directly bcs Turo was not involved and didnt cover me and Turo said to her to tell me to pay the extra day to both of them or take the car back now and it was hours already after the return time so I took it back and not I have a invoice that I owed her 167 for the booking that I did take but I paid already in the beginning they want to make me pay again they refuse to admit that its paid I have bank statements and then another fee for me extending a day but I didnt extend bcs I took it back the same day just it was late so I know I owe a late fee but theyre trying to charge me for the whole day as a rental and then a late fee as well and I have messages where I asked the host if I can have time to wash it and fill it up first and she said okay so idk why I got late fee she accepted offer and then I got an over mileage fee but if they charged me for the extension day the miles that would be given is less than the ones I used and then I wouldnt get a late fee bcs I turned it back 12 hours early atleast and I didnt want to pay Turo for that day bcs the support I spoke to said in there books I had given the car back that if I pay it right now that theyll put insurance back in me I was playing dumb so I can get a clear statement saying that I was not covered that whole day but if I pay her right now for the extension theyll put insurance on it again se tell ne do I have a good case going ? I feel like theyre really messing with me EMAIL NE AT

A lot of representatives said that I will be having mu refund but there is non. Its a waste of time calling the hotline. I am so tired of calling, being on the queue and explaning everything all over again. Im tired of the promises and also the assurances. I havent get any for the refund and also for discounts.
