Turo, customer, service and behaviors to be the worst in the country in the world probably cause they outsource everywhere around the globe the way they designed that is that you are not allowed to talk to anybody but go through customer service globally when they tell you they’re going to transfer you to supervisor Tuesday somebody sitting next to them or at home working from home there’s never really a supervisor. I received an email that was sent by Emmanuel and he signed it for Virginia executive staff. It’s the most ridiculous manipulative process I’ve ever seen they have taken money they overcharge and there’s no way you can resolve any issue with them by going through customer service it’s the worst
