I will provide any documentation needed on my end to a supervisor or manager.I NEED to rent a vehicle for a trip.

I'm subject to the "young driver fee" (21), which I'm more than happy to pay, and other renters won't rent to me at 21. I'm tired of getting automated responses as to why my account was closed for NO reason as soon as I tried renting a car.

It's discrimination is what it is and I'm beyond upset myself and others have this issue.I'm hoping a supervisor or manager can reinstate my account to allow me to rent.

I was declined for no reason as soon as I attempted to rent a vehicle.They even shut my account down.

No human to speak through to customer service whatsoever.So dissapointed and angry.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
