I rented two cars from Turo. The second time admittedly someone smoked in the vehicle.

No big deal, I cleaned it the best I could. I would pay the fine if I needed to. They accused me of returning the car late. Then not following back with me about paying a smoking fine.

They quietly locked my account which I didn't notice until the next time I went to rent a car. They asked me to apologize for the late return which was never late and then suddenly denied my account. They said they could not tell me why.

It seems like they discriminated against me because of the brown color of my skin, the smoke smell, or both. Perhaps they are just a *** company and desire failure.
