We rented from Cara O.in Vancouver, Washington (Portland) and she claims we scratched the back of her car.

After a great trip to Portland, she told us to return the car to her driveway and her sister would be there. We babied the car, vacuumed it and washed it ourselves at the end of our trip. We couldn't get ahold of her to return it, until after our return time. We left it in the driveway, scared that something might happen with no one there.

We then got a text from Cara (who was overseas apparently) saying that her sister texted her that she took it to get washed (um, right after we did? WTF), and noticed damage. She files a claim and we hear NOTHING for 2 months. Then a claim that we put $763 worth of damage!

We then hear nothing for weeks longer and finally a cell phone photo of scratches on the back of the car, that WERE NOT THERE when we returned the car. The owner was gone, the sister wasn't even there when we returned it, and we go two months with hearing nothing. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, OR FROM CARA O.
