My credit card has been charged total of over $2000, despite the trip never happening. The host Henry Gasparian never showed up, the trip never got canceled. Support rep "Leonard" has verified this and seen my messages to Henry who never responded. Multiple customer reps thru chat confirmed this as well that Turo never recognized this trip as canceled, and is even asking me to rate the trip like it even occured.

Been asking for a full refund for days now, but being given a run around. This is looking like a real scam due to the amount involved. Furthermore, the phone number provided me never answers...it puts me on hold forever. I feel like I'd been scammed by both this Henry Host and Turo.

Dont know where to turn to to demand the refund.
