We booked a trip to Oregon for August in Mike's VW Vanagon months in advance.We've been trying for weeks to change the start date to a day earlier.

I've put in 4 requests to change the date. Turo has responded to none of them. In fact they only responded after contacting support and, even then they told me to go through the same procedure that at that point I'd gone through three times without result. Mike, the owner of the vehicle, has been great and has said he will sign off on the date change as soon as he receives the request from Turo.

Four requests later, they still haven't contacted him.

Theses guys are bozos.Stay far away from them!

I didn't like: Customer service, Lack of logic.

The request is automatic by the site or app.If you really sent it and your app is up to date and all then your host did not reply.

And his time ran up.

Call them tomorrow during PST business hours and you will get someone on the phone immediately.Stop being lazy.
