Turo has HORRIBLE customer service. It is not at all worth it.

My rental was cancelled 3 days before and when I contacted customer service I had to wait on hold for 45 minutes. After finally getting through I was told that a reservation agent would contact me. They never did. A day before I needed the car I still hadn't heard anything and they still haven't refunded me my money.

I can't rent another until they do. They are under no obligation to find you another car even close to what you already spent, meaning that you would have to rent something much higher! They are extremely unreliable as owners can cancel for any reason and it leaves you without a car.

Trying to get in touch with them is a nightmare. They send an email with outdated links and it sends you in a circle trying to either get another rental or a refund.
