Turo - Overall good experience

I have used Turo for almost a year. Only one customer experience stood out, I had a rental and host failed to notify me she couldn’t complete rental. Turo went above and beyond to ensure, I was able to obtain another rental within 1hr. Even took care of my Uber.

Turo - Complete Dirtbags

I’ve been an owner for 6 years. Someone who’s been around since the beginning with “RelayRides. Turo as they like to call themselves now, is a joke. The customer service is a joke and the CEO is the biggest joke of all. I finally decided to pull the plug last month and couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with these crooks in any way, shape or form unless you are a glutton for punishment, than by all means, bend over so they can really give it to you.

The promo code didn’t work, I didn’t realize it until it was too late. Customer service is dreadful, and the higher management, Was supposed to contact me but didn’t. The owner of the car and the car was great, but Turo’s customer service sucks.
