I rented a vehicle, they charged my card, sent confirmation, I had several messages back and forth with the vehicle owner, all was set. In the middle of the night they send me an email that my reservation was cancelled and my account was closed.

I asked why, they said they don’t share that info. I have great credit and perfect driving record. They clearly do not know how to treat their customers! But they sure took my money and now I have to wait 5 days to get it back?

Such BS! How about reviewing new accounts BEFORE you charge the account holders credit card!!!!

This is hands down the most mind blowing customer service I have ever experienced and I really hope this company goes out of business!!! I’d be ashamed to work for a company who does business this way!!!!
