Drama began 8/15/2017. We have contacted them many times.

They dragged their feet and we were bounced around to 3 different replacement (the first 2 quit, can't blame them.) We let them know that we had covg with our Visa card. They were rude via email and unreachable via phone. We have reported them to BBBureau. Google them..

"turo complaints" and you'll see that they're a very weak organization. Hard to believe that the VC's backing them aren't aware of this. Avoid turo at all costs and go with a conventional rental co.

And note, it is very unlikely that your insurance co. will back you on a turo transaction (ours was GEICO and they did not nor will USAA.) As always, buyer/ renter beware especially of terrible turo.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Turo Pros: Very little about it.

Turo Cons: Business practices, Terrible customer service.
